Geldards role in £58m City Hub project revealed
The Nottingham-based property and construction teams of law firm Geldards are providing legal services on the creation of a new £58m college building in the city.City Hub is part of Nottingham College and the city’s Southern Gateway scheme and will include workspace for businesses to encourage the linking of students and local companies, a new training restaurant, café and performing arts centre as well as modern teaching space.Work begins on site on 1 June with completion and opening due to take place in 2020.The property team is led by partner David Watson.
